By downloading, accessing or using the HayatTime app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be 13+ to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian permission.
2) Your account
Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3) License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
4) Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are offered via Google Play and/or Apple. Pricing and terms are shown in‑app.
Free trials renew into paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We do not store full payment details; billing is handled by the app store you purchased through.
5) Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel any time in your Play Store or App Store subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are governed by your app store’s terms and our Refund Policy.
6) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, interfere with others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or violate applicable laws.
7) Intellectual property
All rights in the app, content, trademarks, and code belong to HAYAT TIME LTD or its licensors.
8) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9) Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
